I really liked how they offered tours where you were picked up at the hostel. It saved a lot of stress trying to figure out how to get around on your own.
My only complaint was that towels weren't offered to "rent". Most hostels list online if they have them or not, but there wasn't a hint of either. Everything else was great!

This hotel is a great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The location is ideal, situated in a 1900s area of the city which is just a short tram ride or a pleasant 35-minute walk from the historic center. It's also conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the train station, making it perfect for travelers. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are all in place. The rooms are comfortable and have windows facing the inner yard, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The bathrooms are cool and designed in a stylish loft style. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice touch.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

terminal for paying - did not working; room for non smokers only; one bathroom for 2 rooms; poor breakfast (brrr)

I found Dizzy Daisy to be a wonderful hostel. The location, rooms and amenities are excellent. However, it was the staff that impressed me more than anything. I fell quite ill on the day I checked out, and the kindness and care shown to me by the guy staffing the reception at the time were above and beyond. I regret that I didn't get his name, as I am most appreciative! Another staff member (I believe it was his day off), Sebastian (I think), kept me company and helped take my mind off feeling so crappy! He also recommended a movie called "Goodbye Lenin!" that I have since watched and enjoyed immensely. So, a huge "thank you" to all of you at Dizzy Daisy! Your kindness was a great comfort to me, and I'll not forget it. You provided an upside to being sick!

The staffs were so nice and helpful and the security policy of this hostel was awesome. Good location takes only 10 min walk from central train and coach station but still quiet at night. It's also closed to a big shopping center where you can buy everything! According it's a pretty old building, the shower and toilet looks not so tidy but still ok. I'll recommend it to my friends. Thanks!

What a lovely place to visit! Very friendly and helpful staff, great added services like free laundry (washer and dryer), nice breakfast. Not too far from town. The twin bedroom with shared bath was very modern and clean. Highly recommended.
The 10am check out is a wee bit early...

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail in the rooms, which are in loft style, is impressive. I particularly liked the good-sized lockers and the fact that my room had a window facing the inner yard. The inclusion of breakfast was an added bonus to start the day off right.
Everything was fine.

Could not believe how short the walk was into the old town. We did not need to use public transport once, and the hostel, although we were on the third floor, was really great. the staff were lovely and were happy to recommend places for dinner and drinks. Make sure you ask for the best place to get dumplings. I forgot the name of the restaurant, but they're the best!!
There is no WIFI throughout the hostel, so to get a connection you needed to go out of your room or to the common room. But for the location and everything else that came with the price, it was no big deal to us.

Stayed in the quad apartments which were spacious, clean and comfortable.
Location is not as central as advertised but still only a 10-15 minute walk (if its cold!)

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hostel, as it was situated in a charming 1900s area of the city. Despite being a bit further away from the historic center, it was easily accessible by tram or a scenic 35-minute walk. Not only was the location convenient, but the staff was also extremely helpful in providing guidance and advice. They helped me with everything from using the washing machine to recommending affordable places to eat.
The beds in the hostel were a bit squeaky, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when booking trips to various parts of Krakow. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hostel is in an ideal location, Roughgly a 15min walk to Krakow Main Square. Common Room always seemed to have a nice atmosphere too.
Wifi didn't always stretch to the top rooms however was perfect on the lower floors
